On the way we will have the chance to visit the most important sites and have nice views of the natural champs of the Andes.
Our first stop will be at Pukara village, this one is very famous not only because the Pukaras Preinca Culture and its importance but because is also very recognized like one of the most important places of the artisans. The famous “Torito de Pucará” is originally elaborated by most of the inhabitants of this small town. Visit to the Museum is also included.
Continuing the journey to the city of the Inca’s empire, we will sop at la Raya, the border between Puno and Cusco, In this highest point of the route, 4,383 m.a.s.l. here we can see part of the “Cordillera de los Andes“.
After this visit we will continue to Sicuani, where we can enjoy a nice buffet lunch prepared with Andean products.
Ongoing the trip and visits we will visit the temple of Wiracocha god in Raqchi. This Inka site was a primary control point on a road system that originated in Cusco and expanded as the Inka empire grew.
